There are lots of ways to make lavender water. The way I like it most is to pack a sealer jar with buds and pour a cup or more of boiling water over it. When the seal pops, put the jar in a cool dark place for a few days. Then strain out the buds and it is ready to use. I use it as a last rinse for my hair and I make lotion out of it when done this way. I also freeze it for when I need it in the winter time.
Another way of making it is to take a cup of water and add in about thirty five drops of lavender essential oil, shake it up, put it in a spray bottle and spray away with it.
Another combination is to add a ounce of vodka to a cup of water and add in thirty five or more drops of lavender essential oil.
Lavender water is great to spray on sheets and pillows and around any room.
