The way I make my rose water is very simple. After the petals have been picked, I set them in a cool place for a while to let the bugs run off them. Then I pack about five or more cups of petals into quart sealer jars. I run two cups of boiling water over them. Then seal the jars. Once the lids have poped and sealed I place the jars in a cool dark place for about ten days.
